PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Chief Tonya Chapman of the Portsmouth Police Department will be holding a public forum Wednesday evening at 6 p.m.
According to a tweet from the department, the forum will be at the Portsmouth Police Department Training Academy on 309 Columbia Street.
Information on what the forum will cover was not disclosed, but it is free and open to the public.
