VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – NFL Hall of Famer Bruce Smith and his partners have proposed a new high rise at the Oceanfront.
Wednesday the Virginia Beach planning commission recommended approval for the project to move forward.
The building would go up at 27th street at the boardwalk and would hold 40 multi family units.
The project was submitted by Bruce Smith and his partners.
