VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Virginia Beach students got to participate in a program that teaches them about driver’s safety.

Each year Emergency Contact officials participate in the Every 15 Minutes program at two Virginia Beach High Schools.

The Every 15 Minutes program uses students to play the role of victims in a mock DUI car crash.

Every aspect of a real DUI crash is played out in a step by step process during the program for the students to have a better understanding of how a fatal vehicle crash is handled.
