NORFOLK, Va. – A handful of Dominion Energy customers in Norfolk experienced power outages overnight. 
According to the power company, most of the power outages have been recovered.
At its peak, more than 1,000 customers were without power in Norfolk in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The cause of the outages is not known at this time.
