Virginia Zoo Bike Night

May is National Bike Month and the Virginia Zoo is using that as a reason to celebrate this week. This Thursday they are hosting Bike Night. Zoo exhibits will be open late for you and the family to bike around the park. It's happening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Children under 2 are free.

  • Non-Member Adult Tickets: $17
  • Non-Member Child Tickets: $12

The Ruins of Presidents Park

A few months ago News 3 anchor Kurt Williams gave us an inside look at the history behind the presidential head statues found in James City County. Normally, the statues are closed to the public, but this weekend is your chance to see them in person. They are opening the site up on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets for adults cost $28.

The Patriotic Festival

In honor of Memorial Day Weekend, the Patriotic Festival is returning to the Mermaid City. From Friday through Saturday, country artists like Sam Hunt, Walker Hayes and Cody Johnson will headline at the Norfolk Scope Arena. Tickets start at $25.
