NORFOLK, Va. — I scream, you scream, Downtown Norfolk screams for (free) ice cream for their employees!
From noon to 2 p.m. on May 24, all employees that call Downtown Norfolk their work home will be able to get free ice cream as a part of an employee appreciation celebration.
Mr. Frostee and Kona Ice will be downtown handing out free treats at the Federal Building and in the 500 Block of E. Main Street.
The city says it's first come, first serve, and free treats will be handed out while supplies last.
