HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - Summer time is here and if you're looking for some tasty treats to enjoy outdoors, look no further! Chef Matthew May joins us with a tropical white wine sangria recipe and shows us how to make seared tuna tacos with a fresh citrus cabbage slaw.

Tropical Wine Sangria:
1 bottle (26 oz) dry white wine
1 cup pure coconut water
10 oz. mango nectar
10 oz. peach nectar
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
Sliced strawberries for garnish
