HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - The Hope House Foundation is an organization that supports people with disabilities within the community, but just like everyone else, they have had to adjust to a new normal during the pandemic. Executive director Lynne Seagle shares how the organization has continued to offer their support in various ways, including a virtual festival that will feature local artists and musicians.
