NORFOLK, Va. — Chandler Nunnally heads out to the Scope arena to check out the preparations underway for the 2024 Virginia International Tattoo, the annual event that brings over 800 performers together from around the world to celebrate patriotism and international goodwill.
The Virginia International Tattoo is happening Thursday, April 18 through Sunday, April 21 at Scope in Downtown Norfolk. For tickets and more information about the event, visit vatattoo.org.
