HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - Chef Matthew May shows us how to prepare a smoked bourbon old fashioned and spicy bourbon and brown sugar shrimp.

Smoked bourbon old fashioned
2 tsp brown sugar syrup
1 tsp water
2 dashes orange bitters
1.5 oz straight bourbon
1 orange peel around rim of glass & garnish
1 2.5” ice ball

Spicy bourbon and brown sugar shrimp.
1 lb 16/20 shrimp peeled, deveined, rinsed and patted dry
¼ lb butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp hot sauce
Cracked black pepper
¼ cup bourbon
