HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - As mother-daughter team Velya Jancz-Urban and Ehrs Urban did the research for their memoir, "How to Survive a Brazilian Betrayal", they became obsessed with the lives of colonial women, leading to even further study and a presentation entitled " The Not-So-Good Life of the Colonial Goodwife". The pair joined us to talk about how infant swaddling and diaper changing was handled in during the colonial era and talk a little bit more about their historical findings.
