HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - With local restrictions in place and safety as a priority, Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast made the decision to cancel in-person cookie booths right in the middle of the largest fundraising effort of the year. Shanise Harris joins us to talk about how they have implemented a new way to buy cookies online and donate them to local health care workers and how the Girl Scouts are continuing to operate virtually.
