ARLINGTON COUNTY, Va. - Virginia State Police has canceled the senior alert for 89-year-old Mary Frances Smith. She has been found safely.
Authorities say that Smith suffers from a cognitive impairment and her disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety.
