HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - The Virginia State Police was investigating a 10-vehicle crash in the southbound lanes of I-664 at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel.
The crash occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m., the VSP said.
All southbound lanes were blocked but lanes reopened at 4 p.m.
There is currently no further information.
