NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Crews responded to an early morning structural fire that happened in the 800 block of 30th street.
Officials said there was a large fire upon arrival, and there were reports of trapped occupants.
According to the Newport News Fire Department, units conducted a search of the structure and made one rescue.
There is no further information on the cause of the fire at this time.
