DARE CO., N.C. - The Dare County Division of Public Health has announced the third positive test result for coronavirus.
Dare County health officials say the individual became symptomatic and was tested in another state where the person remains.
The individual has not traveled to North Carolina since the fall of 2019 and has fully recovered from the virus.
The case will show up as Dare County’s first case with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, since the individual provided a Dare County address when tested.
The Dare County Department of Health and Human Services announced Wednesday that the first individual diagnosed with coronavirus in the county has made a full recovery.
