ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - The Elizabeth City Police Department was searching for a man in connection with a hit-and-run crash that injured a pedestrian in late September.
According to police, the department obtained warrants Tuesday for 25-year-old Manual Guadalu Gonzalez for felony hit-and-run. The crash occurred at the intersection of Herrington Road and Weeksville Road on September 24.
