HAMPTON, Va, - Hampton Police is investigating a car accident that occurred at Mercury Blvd and Easterly Ave.
Officials received a call about the incident at 8:25 a.m.
One man has been injured and transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Eastbound Mercury Blvd is closed at Easterly Ave.
Authorities are asking the public to avoid the area while they conduct initial investigations.
