CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Traffic was backed up Tuesday evening at the High Rise Bridge.
As of 3:52 p.m., lighter delays remained but no lanes were closed.
News 3 Traffic Anchor Ted Noah was reporting traffic was crawling on I-64 in both directions approaching the High Rise Bridge.
Police activity was previously blocking an eastbound lane, causing curiosity on the westbound side of the bridge as well.
