HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - The Hampton Roads Transit will not collect fares on Election Day.
HRT will not collect fares on its bus, light rail, ferry, and paratransit services on Tuesday, November 2. The fares are being waived to give riders the opportunity to vote.
The free-fare service will run from the start of the transit day until the end.
