James City Co. Police seek help identifying suspect after vehicles tampered with

JAMES CITY Co., Va. - Police are looking for help to identify a person who tampered with vehicles on December 19.

Around 4:45 a.m., a person tampered with multiple unlocked vehicles and attempted entry into other locked vehicles in Fenwick Hills.

The video above was obtained from a residential security system capturing an individual entering one of the vehicles, police said.

The subject appeared to be wearing dark blue or gray pants, a dark jacket (with a reflective square patch at the base of the hood), red underwear and a dark colored mask. His shoes appeared to be light colored with dark stripes.
