JAMES CITY Co., Va. - Police are looking for a man who took items from the Bath & Body Works store located in the Williamsburg Premium Outlets on December 27 around 6:50 p.m.
The suspect, described as a 40-50 year old black male with a slender build, was seen placing several items in a bag and left the store without paying.
