SUFFOLK, Va. - A man was arrested for driving while under the influence which contributed to a fatal crash on Saturday.
Police say 54-year-old Rodney Edwards was arrested and charged for driving under the influence of alcohol after one man died and one woman hospitalized after a crash.
60-year-old Walter J. Sculthrorpe was pronounced dead on the scene of the crash, police say.
One woman, that was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, remains hospitalized according to police.
Police are still investigating the incident.
