NORFOLK, Va. — The coronavirus pandemic continues to have an effect on businesses throughout the country and at home.

On Tuesday, Gov. Ralph Northam and the state health commissioner issued a public health emergency order prohibiting more than 10 patrons in restaurants, fitness centers and theaters in Virginia.

Days after the highly anticipated second annual Something in the Water festival was postponed until next year, Virginia Beach Mayor Bobby Dyer joined News 3 anchor Beverly Kidd in the studio to discuss the impact the virus has had on the city's economy.
