PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Portsmouth Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that took place on the Churchland Bridge around 7:17 a.m. Monday morning.
One of the vehicles involved in the crash was a school bus, but only the driver was onboard.
The accident is blocking Churchland Bridge in both directions.
An injury has been reported and it was non-threatening.
