NEW KENT Co., Va. - Officials have found remains Wednesday in a vehicle registered to a missing woman.
Joan Marie Orr has not been seen by her family since she left her residence located in the 8900 block of Tunstall Road around 7 p.m., on February 15.
Officials said Orr has certain medical conditions that require medication, and it is believed that she is not currently in possession of those medications.
She was last seen in a gray 2013 Ford Escape bearing Virginia registration WSG-1153.
