NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - A sixth employee at Newport News Shipbuilding has tested positive for coronavirus, according to a release by the shipyard.
An employee that worked in the Off-Yard office located at West Park Lane tested positive for coronavrus. The employee was last seen at work on March 27.
This case marks the fourth Off-Yard office employee to test positive.
Another Newport News Shipbuilding employee from the Off-Yard location tested positive for coronavirus on Sunday.
