NORFOLK, Va. - As Virginia enters into Phase Two, the City of Norfolk reopened many of its outdoor public amenities.

Norfolk reopened all dog parks, the Northside skate park, neighborhood parks and public tennis courts Friday.

Playgrounds, basketball courts, outdoor pools, and splash pads will remain closed. Recreation centers and libraries will also remain closed

Gatherings are limited to no more than 50 people and social distancing is required, unless with family members.

Recreation centers and libraries will add additional in-person services after considering the health and safety of staff and visitors and budget constraints.
