NORFOLK, Va. - The owner of Ghent Fit Norfolk, Joshua Evans, says since the mandatory stay-at-home order, his team has had to pivot to virtual training instead of having clients come through their doors.

In order to stay connected with their clients, Ghent Fit Norfolk has partnered with Mettle Events to provide free stretch and mobility classes which will be streamed live on their Facebookevery Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

“We’ve been getting great reviews. It’s great to help people stay flexible, mobile and healthy during this time. Ultimately, at the end of the day, when people are more healthy and they have a better immune system they can be better prepared against not only this coronavirus but anything that can attack our immune system,” says Joshua Evans, Ghent Fit Norfolk Owner.

Evans says this is a great time to take care of your mental health by eating healthier and exercising more!
