NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police is asking for the public’s assistance to locate a Portsmouth man who police say is responsible for recent 7-Eleven robberies.
51-year-old, Stacey B. Dowell, is wanted in connection to a 7-Eleven robbery that occurred on June 22 located at 8489 Chesapeake Boulevard, and a second robbery that occurred on June 30 at the 7-Eleven located at 4720 Hampton Boulevard.
Dowell is wanted for robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, according to police.
