VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police are investigating an identity theft case that happened on April 6.
A man is accused of opening a Home Depot credit account under the guise of someone else.
The suspect is then accused of spending more than $3,000.
On July 23 police said the suspect has been identified.
