Police seeking information after video shows shots fired in Chesapeake neighborhood

CHESAPEAKE, Va. - The Chesapeake Police Department responded to a report of shots fired Thursday night, and are asking for the public's help in finding the people responsible.

On July 30, 2020 at around 8:05 p.m., officers responded to the 2300 block of Dunworken Drive for a report of shots fired. Once on scene, they were able to locate a residence with a doorbell camera that captured the crime.

Video shows a vehicle driving past and an unknown individual shooting in the vehicle's direction.

Chesapeake Police Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying any of the individuals and the vehicle involved in the video.
