Rosie's to give thousands of meals to essential workers during pandemic

HAMPTON, Va. - Rosie's Gaming Emporiums announces to provide 20,000 meals for Virginians who are assisting on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic.

Rosie’s Cares Community Heroes Meal program will serve police officers, doctors, nurses, firefighters, grocery store employees and all those who have stepped up to serve during this pandemic.

Meals will be provided starting April 1, according to Rosie's. This also ensures all their employees will continue to get paid until at least April 30.

Orders will be accepted starting March 30. Orders will be taken Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Meals are only available for groups with ten people or more. One person from each group is to call and arrange pick-up, showing identification of group.
