The Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association updated its coronavirus case numbers.
As of Wednesday, there are 1,079 people currently being hospitalized for coronavirus. There are 515 people currently receiving inpatient hospital care whose test results are pending. 396 confirmed positive patients, and those whose test results are pending, are currently hospitalized in the ICU.
192 hospital patients, both confirmed for coronavirus, and those with test results pending, are currently on a ventilator. 603 ventilators are being used in hospitals out of the 2,917 in the state - that's 21% usage.
2,734 patients who have been hospitalized for coronavirus have been discharged.
The Virginia Department of Health's coronavirus case counter experienced a technical error that has resulted in information being unavailable for reporting. When the VDH reports Wednesday's numbers, this story will be updated.
