VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Virginia Beach Police are investigating a stabbing that sent one person to the hospital, Tuesday afternoon.
Police say an altercation occurred between two people in the 2500 block of Potters Road at 3:42 p.m.
As a result, one person was stabbed with an unknown cutting instrument, according to police.
The victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say they are still investigating and charges have not yet been filed.
