WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office said a missing woman who suffers from Advanced Dementia was located safely.
Officials say 65-year-old Dorothy Foster, from Hampton, was last seen on Saturday around 1 p.m. before being located by Colonial Williamsburg Security Sunday morning.
