PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The Portsmouth Police department responded to a gunshot wound incident close to the 2000 block of Victory Blvd around 4:00 a.m Sunday morning.
Police say, a man is experiencing non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
