SUFFOLK, Va. - “Lace up your walking shoes and join Active Adult Seniors 55+ on Friday, August 5, 2022, as we spend the day socializing and exploring the history of the quaint town of Edenton, NC!”
For nine dollars Suffolk is offering those 55 and up the opportunity to go on a day trip to Edenton, North Carolina.
“Participants will have the opportunity to visit the Welcome Center, take a guided trolley tour, browse local shops and enjoy a “dutch” lunch at one of the local restaurants.”
Space is limited. Pre-registration is required and can be completed at East Suffolk Recreation Center located at 138 South Sixth Street.
Registration ends on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.
