BLACKSBURG, Va. - Former Virginia Tech quarterback Hendon Hooker is headed to the Southeastern Conference.
On Thursday, Hooker announced on his social media that he has committed to the Tennessee Volunteers. He made the decision to enter the transfer portal after Virginia Tech's season finale against Virginia, where Hooker didn't see playing time.

During Hooker's time at Virginia Tech he started 15 games for the Hokies, throwing for 2,894 yards and 22 touchdowns, in addition to 1,033 rushing yards and15 rushing touchdowns.
