Chesapeake Police trying to find woman accused of using counterfeit money to buy debit cards

CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Police in Chesapeake need help from the community to find a woman wanted on more than 40 felony warrants.

According to police, Natesha Lashay Cheeks is going into various stores and either buying or reloading NetSpend debit cards using counterfeit money.

Police say she's been able to exchange at least $4,000 in counterfeit money for genuine U.S. currency.

She has various wigs that she wears or wears a wrap on her head at times. She also changes her look with glasses, either wearing dark rimmed glasses, light framed glasses or none at all.
