VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police in Virginia Beach need help from the community to identify a suspect in a shoplifting case.
According to police, the man seen in the surveillance photo stole three jackets from Burlington Coat Factory on Virginia Beach Blvd., leaving in a dark-colored sedan.
That happened on Jan. 23. Police say a few weeks later on Feb. 4 he stole more clothing from the store, taking off in a black Elantra.
