Meteorologist April Loveland's First Warning Forecast
Skies will be partly cloudy overnight with lows in the low 70s.
High pressure will continue to build in on Thursday keeping our conditions dry. Temperatures will warm to the upper 80s which is seasonal for this time of year. The heat index and air temperature will be very close, but that will change heading into the weekend. Temperatures and humidity will be on the rise.
Storm chances will increase by Friday and into the weekend as a few disturbances move through the area. Humidity will once again be on the rise with heat index values ranging from 100-105 degrees. Temperatures will continue to trend above normal with highs in the low 90s.
A very summer-like pattern will continue into Monday with highs in the mid 90s with afternoon storms possible.
