Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast
Heating up and tracking storms… Heat and humidity build through the week. Highs will climb to the low 80s today, about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday. We will see a mix of clouds today with a stray shower possible. Winds will also pick up, SW at 10 to 15 mph.
Highs will climb to the low 90s on Wednesday, at least 10 degrees above normal for this time of year. We will see mostly sunny skies tomorrow and it will still be breezy.
The end of this week will be very summer-like. Highs will linger in the 80s to low 90s and it will be muggy. We will see a mix of sun and clouds with the chance for scattered showers and storms Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Cooler air and sunshine will return for Sunday to early next week.

Tropical Update
Tropical Depression Three drifting slowly west over the Bay of Campeche. On the forecast track, the center of TD 3 is forecast to linger near the coast of the southern Bay of Campeche Tuesday night through Thursday. Slow strengthening is expected during the next couple of days, and the depression is forecast to become a tropical storm later today. Tropical Storm Christobal will move north over the Gulf of Mexico this weekend and could approach the U.S. Gulf Coast early next week.
