Leap Day is looking mostly dry and chilly with highs in the mid 40s as high pressure builds in. We have bumped up our rain chances to 20 percent due to a weak disturbance. A shower or some flurries are possible. Most folks will stay dry though. Sunday will be dry and a bit milder with highs in the low 50s.

Partly cloudy to kick off the work week. Temperatures will be well-above normal with highs in the low 60s on Monday. Conditions are looking dry. Expect an unsettled weather pattern through Thursday. Temperatures will continue to trend upward on Tuesday with highs in the mid and upper 60s. Keeping a 40 percent chance of showers. Better chances for wet weather Wednesday afternoon as a cold front approaches. Ahead of the cold front temperatures will soar to near 70! A rumble of thunder is not out of the question. Rain chances will continue into Thursday, with temperatures cooling into the low and mid 60s.
