First Warning Forecast: More rain possible along with a cool down

Posted
and last updated

A cold front will move through tonight, bringing colder air into the area. Temperatures will dip into the mid 40s under partly cloudy skies.

More clouds than sunshine on Thursday. Most of the daylight hours will be dry, but we are keeping our eye on an area of low pressure that will move just to the south of the area Thursday night. This will bring us a chance for some wet weather by Thursday evening. Temperatures will be cooler with highs in the low 50s. Expect showers overnight and into Friday morning.

After some showers Friday morning, we'll see a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures will be in the low and mid 50s. It will be breezy with winds out of the northwest at 10-20 mph, gusts up to 25 mph possible. Winds will continue to gust overnight. Temperatures will dip into the mid 30s, but it will feel like the upper 20s due to the wind.

Expect a sunny, chilly, and windy start to the weekend. Highs will only reach the upper 40s on Saturday. Temperatures will warm up again on Sunday, with highs near 60 degrees.

Even warmer to start the work week. Temperatures will warm to the upper 60s under partly cloudy skies. Even warmer on Tuesday, but we do have the chance to see some showers as an area of low pressure moves in.
