First Warning Forecast: Severe weather threat continues

A weak cold front will move in from the northwest on Wednesday, bringing another chance of storms. The Storm Prediction Center has the entire area under a Level 1 for isolated severe storms. It will be the warmest day of the week with many communities warming into the low 80s.

Another cold front will move through on Thursday, but doesn't have a ton of moisture associated with it. Keeping a 30 percent chance for showers and storms. The Storm Prediction Center has most of the area under a Level 1 for isolated severe storms. Temperatures will be warm again with highs in the upper 70s to near 80.

Much cooler behind the cold front. Temperatures on Good Friday will dip below normal. Expect highs in the upper 50s and low 60s.

Saturday is looking dry, sunny and seasonable with highs in the low 60s.

Another system will move in Easter Sunday and Monday. There is still some uncertainty in when we could see wet weather, but keeping a 40 percent chance with highs in the mid and upper 60s.
