Meteorologist April Loveland's First Warning Forecast

A cold front will slowly approach the area late tonight. Keeping it at a 20 percent chance for a shower, otherwise we'll just have increasing clouds. Temperatures will be a bit milder overnight with lows near 50.

A slight chance of showers on Monday and even a rumble of thunder possible as a cold front slowly crosses the area. The best chance for an isolated storm will be in North Carolina. Expect highs in the mid 60s.

Temperatures will continue to trend upward on Tuesday with highs in the mid 70s. A little bit better chance for showers and storms. Right now, not expecting anything severe.

Another warm up on Wednesday, with highs near 80 degrees! We'll continue to have above-normal temperatures on Thursday with highs in the mid 70s.

Cooler, but seasonable weather on Good Friday with highs in the mid 60s. Even cooler on Saturday with highs in the low 60s. Our next chance for wet weather will be on Easter Sunday. Expect highs in the mid 60s.
