Chief Meteorologist Patrick Rockey's First Warning Forecast:
More showers and storms and a big warm-up for the Father's Day Weekend...

The same storm systems that's been bringing us soggy weather the last few days will continue to bring us showers and storms for the next few days.

Get ready for a big warm-up to end the week. Temperatures will trend warmer on Thursday with highs near 80 and into the mid 80s on Friday as winds turn to the southwest. We will also see an increase in humidity. Unfortunately, the showers and storms will still be with us.

Scattered storms will be possible for the first day of summer, Saturday with highs in the 80s.

A few afternoon storms will be possible on Father's Day. It will continue to trend warmer though, with highs in the 80s.

The unsettled weather looks to carry into next week with heat, humidity and afternoon scattered storms.
