Highs will return to the upper 80s today, just a few degrees above normal for this time of year. With the humidity it will feel like the low 90s this afternoon. We will see a nice mix of sun and clouds through the day with afternoon scattered showers and storms.
Tonight will be another quiet night. Lows will be mild and in the low 70s under partly cloudy skies.
Our chances for showers and storms will increase for Wednesday. Expect another round of scattered showers and storms tomorrow afternoon to evening. Some storms could be strong to severe with heavy rain, gusty winds and/or small hail. Highs will reach the mid 80s and it will still be muggy.
Rain chances will drop for Thursday and Friday and we will see mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Highs will return to the mid 80s on Thursday but warm to near 90 on Friday.
The summer trend will continue for the holiday weekend. Expect highs in the mid to upper 80s with a heat index in the low to mid 90s. We will see partly cloudy skies with afternoon scattered showers/storms.
