Bertie County, N.C. – A Flood Warning has been issued for the Cashie River near Windsor until Tuesday evening.
Early Monday morning the river was at 8 feet, which is flood stage, and minor flooding was reported.
The river is forecast to rise to 8.09 feet by Monday afternoon before falling.
